The environment is very important to make the assignee feel at home. A tailor-made preview trip, based on the assignee’s lifestyle and requirements, enables the scope of research to be well defined, so that the assignee and her / his family can start to project themselves.
Temporary accommodation
Whether it is a short-term rental or a hotel, we shall find the best solution enabling the assignee to be accommodated in good conditions, at competitive rates, for a calm take-up of the new position.
Home search rental
We look for the solutions that are most in line with the list of requirements, based on your assignee’s budget. We make our expertise and our network available to you to enable them to find the best value for money. We negotiate leases, and we always look for ways of making savings.
Walkthrough inspection
We take care of the walkthrough inspection and the inventory, and, in addition, our support will enable you to save money and protect the guarantee deposit at the time of departure.
Utilities hook ups
We can take care of setting up subscriptions to service contracts (home insurance, telephone, internet, TV, and energy suppliers), and we can offer you solutions for furnishing and fitting out the accommodation for short or long periods.
School search

Departure assistance
A departure is often experienced as a chaotic period. There is a lot to organise. After an analysis of requirements, we can send the termination letter, do a pre-exit walkthrough, find service providers to carry out small repairs and do the housework, terminate contracts and subscriptions, and be present at the exit walkthrough, protecting your interests and those of the assignees to recover the guarantee deposit.

Immigration formalities
This complex process must be properly managed right from the preliminary stages. From preparing the application to obtaining the residence permit, you will find our experience to be valuable.
Bank account opening
A local bank account is necessary for good day-to-day management. Our banking partners offer you preferential conditions. We explain to the assignee how the French banking system works, organise the appointment with the banking establishment of her / his choice, and, if she / he wishes, we provide support on account-opening day.
Social Security
Social Security registration is time-consuming. We can guide you, advise you, and take care of that formality. From putting together the application to obtaining the Carte Vitale, we are here to support the assignee and to enable her / him to have medical expenses covered by the Caisse Primaire d’Assurance-Maladie (Primary Health Insurance Fund).
Driving licence exchange
For the assignees who are not nationals of EU Member States and who are nationals of a country that has signed a reciprocal agreement, we take care of putting together the application, and of initiating and monitoring formalities with the administration concerned. For nationals of countries without a reciprocal agreement, we provide them with support in all formalities needed to obtain a local driving licence.
Car registation
If a vehicle is imported, it is essential to have it registered locally. We provide you with information on the procedure to be followed and associated costs, and we take care of putting together the application and monitoring formalities with the competent authorities.

It is important to feel welcome when one arrives in a new country. Sometimes the assignees have very young children. In order to reduce the stress level, we can welcome the assignee and her / his family on their arrival at the station or airport, and drive them to the hotel, accommodation, or office. We can also take care of their initial shopping to ease their arrival and turn it into a pleasant memory.

Provide swift answers to questions of a practical, cultural, or administrative nature. Solve technical problems encountered in the accommodation by organising the necessary work. Our consultants have the sense of service and take pleasure in helping the assignees.
Global moving management
Synchronising temporary accommodation, long-term accommodation, and moving out presents genuine added value for reducing costs. Expatriates are not always available to receive their belongings following an international move. We define requirements, organise the appointments needed for quotes to be drawn up, place the order with the selected removals company, and monitor operations up to delivery.
Settling-in assistance
If there is lack of knowledge concerning the local commercial offer in terms of furniture and household appliances, or if there is a lack of a vehicle, we define the needs, advise on purchasing or hiring furniture and domestic appliances, we accompany them to the related shops, and we take care of monitoring orders and deliveries.
